By accessing this website or using the AtelierKit application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

AtelierKit is a mobile application for traditional artists, developed by Appcific Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN available on request). The app and website are currently in a pre-release phase. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

The app and website are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you consent to receiving a one-time notification when AtelierKit becomes available. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@atelierkit.com.

The AtelierKit name, logo, application, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Appcific Technologies Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of all images, photographs, and artwork you use with AtelierKit. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights over your content. All processing occurs locally on your device.

Colour analysis, product matching recommendations, and tonal values provided by AtelierKit are intended as creative guidance only. Results may vary depending on device screen calibration, lighting conditions, and other factors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any colour or product recommendation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcific Technologies Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, AtelierKit or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed AU$10.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
